I am currently the Research Technologies Development Officer for the Research and Graduate College, at the University of Salford, UK. I work with research staff and students across the University in a range of activities related with the effective and creative use of web 2.0 for learning, teaching and research. Collaboration across and beyond the university is core to my activity. I'm the co-founder of EVOLVE, an online network for TEL researchers, and also an active member and mentor of several international Learning Communities. I used to be an EFL teacher who engaged students with online activities as to create contextualized learning opportunities. I also do face to face and online teacher training.
